You’re doing fine
But you’re paying for it.
Not on the outside, maybe you’ve got the job, the responsibilities, the routine that gets you through the day.
But under the surface, you’re running on fumes. You’re managing it all, but it’s costing you, your sleep, your space, your peace, maybe even your sense of self.
You’re not here looking for coaching because everything’s great.
You’re here because something’s stuck. Because you’re tired of cycling through the same patterns. Because you’ve reached the point where insight alone isn’t enough, and you want change that actually holds.
What is trauma-informed Life Coaching?
It’s not therapy, but it isn’t surface-level pep talks either.
This kind of coaching holds space for both your drive to move forward and the weight you’ve been carrying. It’s built on understanding that nervous system patterns, survival responses, and emotional wounds don’t just disappear with better goals.
We don’t just set targets and cheerlead you through them. We work at the level where resistance lives, the part of you that freezes, avoids, or burns out trying to hold it all together.
We get honest about your patterns, your boundaries, and what’s been running the show behind the scenes.
This is structured work. Clear, steady, practical. But also human. And trauma-aware.
Because the change you want isn’t going to come from pushing harder. It comes from working smarter, with someone who understands what’s underneath.
Is this for me?
This work is for adults who are functioning on the surface, but internally, they’re running on fumes.
People who’ve done therapy before, or avoided it entirely. People who feel like they should be coping better by now. People who’ve outgrown crisis mode but are still stuck in old responses.
You might be showing up in your job, your family, your day-to-day life, but underneath, you’re tense, flat, reactive, or quietly overwhelmed. You’ve read the books. You’ve done the insight. You’re not short on self-awareness.
What’s missing is traction.
Trauma-informed coaching is for people who don’t want handholding but do want help holding the line. Structured support. Clear space. Work that meets you where you are and helps you move forward.
How does it work?
We meet online, one-to-one.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform or explain everything. You bring what’s current, and we work with it directly.
Coaching starts with what’s stuck, what keeps circling and what’s costing you.
From there, we build forward movement, at a pace that respects your system but doesn’t stall it.
This isn’t about giving advice. It’s about co-creating structure, strategy, and stability from the ground up.
We look at patterns, beliefs, and what needs to shift, not to manage symptoms, but to loosen their grip.
Each session holds clear edges, so you’re not left wide open.
The aim is not just insight, but movement that holds outside the call.
Free consultation
If you’re considering coaching but not sure if right for you, you’re welcome to book a consultation.
This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a focused 20-minute call where we talk about what’s going on for you, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether my approach feels right.
There’s no pressure. Sometimes people know straight away. Sometimes they need time. Either way is fine.
You won’t be asked to overshare. You’ll get clear information so you can make a choice that feels right.
And if it’s not the right service for you, I’ll say so, and point you toward something that might be.
Session fees
I offer trauma-informed coaching at £80 per 60-minute session.
Some people work with me short-term, others longer. We review regularly based on your needs, goals, and what’s actually helping.
You’re never locked in. We go one session at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’re not sure whether coaching or EMDR is the right fit, you’re welcome to ask, we can figure that out together during the consultation.
